Under the guidance of inspiring professors, you will develop your leadership character, team-building skills, facilitation and systemic change skills through a range of dynamic courses including Women and Leadership, Managing Organizational Change and Ethical Leadership in Dark Times.

Leadership Studies in Brescia is built on three intersecting perspectives: knowledge (knowledge) about leadership studies and theory; developing leadership skills (doing) and applying both knowledge and skills in the community (being). Knowing, doing and being a leader in the Brescia Leadership Studies program will take you beyond the classroom. You will participate in integrated experiential learning opportunities throughout the program. In the final year, you will actively work with the leaders of the local organization so that you can confidently participate in management training. Selected students are offered paid Francolin management experience to work on a project of strategic importance to the organization.
