Trinity College Dublin
One of seven ancient universities in England and Ireland, Trinity College is Ireland's oldest surviving university. University College Cork

University College Dublin
University College Dublin is Ireland's largest university and is based primarily at his one campus in Bellfield, south of the city centre. It currently has over 33,000 students enrolled, including 9,500 international students, making it Ireland's most international university. According to the QS World Rankings, it is ranked number one in Ireland for graduate employment suitability and has been number one for five years in a row.

Dublin City University
Founded in 1975 as the National Institute of Higher Education, Dublin City University accepted its first students in 1980. In 1989, it was converted into a university by law and assumed its current name. There are currently over 18,000 students enrolled, of which over 20% are international students studying at one of Ireland's top universities.

Study Options

Higher education courses in Ireland are similar to those in neighbouring England. In Ireland a full-time bachelor's degree usually lasts for three years, a master's degree usually lasts for one year, but a research master's degree may sometimes last for two years.
PhDs are typically three to four years in duration and are offered in 'structured' and 'traditional' programs. A structured course provides an additional level of support through an organized training and assessment schedule.
Qualifications obtained in Ireland are widely recognized around the world and all courses studied here are directly comparable to UK qualifications.

Exams to study in the Ireland

Since all courses are generally taught in English in Ireland, universities require a minimum level of English proficiency to ensure that students can successfully complete their courses. This is also a requirement for visa applications, and there are many accepted tests that you must choose and pass before applying.

Each institution has different requirements, so you should check with your institution before taking the test. Popular tests include IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo English Test, CELA and more.

1. Irish student visa:
All international students coming from outside the EU need an Irish student visa. Applications can be submitted up to three months before arrival. Processing time is usually about 8 weeks. The Irish government offers an undergraduate student a one-year stay visa and a master's student a stay visa of up to two years under the 3rd level postgraduate system. You can also apply for a green card permit for a long-term stay in Ireland. Irish Student Visa Requirements - You must provide supporting documentation such as a letter of acceptance from the university. testimony; English exam certificate; Proof that you can cover your living expenses while in school. Health insurance and declaration of intention to return to home country after studying abroad. 

Application Process

The first step is to gain admission to the course of your choice and to pay the required admission fees, after which you can apply for a long-stay study visa. This can be done online before submitting your required documents and passport. Once in Ireland, you need to register with a local immigration visa office.

2. Cost to study in Ireland
The costs of studying in Ireland can vary depending on both which institution/course you are studying and where you are living, with living costs higher if you are based in Dublin than in other cities and towns.

Visa fees
The cost of an Irish student visa (Stamp 2 permission) is typically €300. Tuition Fees – Students from the EU, EEA, Switzerland or outside the UK must pay the full cost of their education in Ireland. These vary depending on the course, but the cost of a Bachelor's degree in Ireland ranges from €9,850 to €55,000.

Cost of Living
On average, an Irish student’s cost of living ranges from €7,000 to €12,000 per year, depending on the university he attends.

3. Student life in Ireland

Studying in the Republic of Ireland offers a rich learning experience. Most colleges offer services to help first-year students find housing on campus. Scholarships

Irish universities encourage diversity and welcome many talented students from all over the world each year. The Irish Government, through the Irish Government International Education Scholarships, has awarded her 60 scholarships to international students wishing to pursue Bachelor's, Master's and PhD studies at Irish universities. The scholarship totals €10,000, covers tuition and application fees, and provides students with a unique opportunity to continue their education in Ireland. International students pursuing research-based Master or PhD programs in Ireland may be eligible for Irish Government International Education Scholarships offered by the Department of Education and Skills.
The Agri-Food Development Agency Teagasc awards Walsh Scholarships to her 140 students for research-based master's or doctoral degrees in areas such as agriculture, horticulture, agro-food economics and rural development.

Actuarial & Financial Studies
A good actuary requires a multidisciplinary education in areas such as mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, risk management, psychology and professional skills and ethics. GradDip Actuarial Science
The Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science offers possible exemptions from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) Technical Core Subjects 1-8 (CT1-8) examinations. If you have previous actuarial exemptions, you can choose to study all or part of the curriculum to study the Core Applications 1 (CA1) program at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK). Therefore the program is suitable for students without; previous exemptions and students who wish to add existing exemptions.

MSc Computing Science

BSc (Hons) Computer Science
UCC Computer Science graduates understand how computer systems work and how we can harness their potential to develop the advanced computer applications our modern world depends on. The Bachelor of Computer Science is a full-time, four-year degree that covers all aspects of computer systems (both software and hardware) and ICT (information and communication technology), including software, database technology, computer networks, operating systems, and algorithms, information security, network technology and applications. 
The College of Computing and Information Technology aims to ensure employability and has a compulsory internship module in Year 3. To complete the internship module, you will complete a Year 4 project supervised by one of our academic staff. It involves applying your knowledge to a technology challenge of your choice and helps develop your skills and understanding of computer science. 

Internship:
In the 3rd year (at the end of the second semester), you complete a compulsory work placement which provides real-life experience in the workplace. The internship can last 6 or 12 months. Working in a corporate environment gives you additional skills that cannot be taught in a lecture or lab. You will work as part of a team to solve real problems with financial impact. The internship is jointly supervised by an academic officer and an employee of the company.
BSc (Hons) Data Science and Analytics
UCC's BSc DSA is one of only two such programs offered in Ireland, with dozens offered around the world. Students studying to be IT engineers apply for the engineering diploma (TR032). The first two years are common to all engineering majors, and at the end of the second year, students choose information technology as their major.
M.Sc./P.Grad.Dip. High Performance Computing
The College of Mathematics offers a one-year (full-time) M.Sc. in high-performance computing. The degree provides hands-on training in the emerging field of high-performance computing. The course aims to train students in the practical applications of effective technical calculation in industry, finance and science. The course includes computer architecture, software optimization, parallel programming, classical simulation and stochastic modelling.

Students have unlimited access to their teaching computing lab and Trinity College's High-Performance Computing Center facilities, which include massively parallel computers. Career opportunities include mathematical modelling, simulation and forecasting, database mining and resource management. The techniques covered during the year enable students to work with advanced software, including concurrent and concurrent software. Business Studies
The graduate course in business studies aims to give you an introduction to the fundamentals of business and lead you to a specialization in economics, management, finance, marketing, HR or business analysis. New for 2021 is the Business Analytics major, which aims to equip students with business analytics skills that are in demand in all sectors.

We aim to stimulate and grow the imagination of graduates, giving them the skills to find solutions to business problems.  The four-year course includes an optional 11-month paid internship, which provides the opportunity to experience working in a real business environment. Alternatively, you can  spend a year at one of our partner universities in Europe
BA ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
To become a professional accountant, you must successfully complete three professional qualifications and an internship. Once you have successfully completed the BA degree in Accounting and Finance, you will be exempt from Level 1 of these professional exams (CAP1 exams run by Chartered Accountants Ireland and the equivalent ACCA, CIMA and CPA professional accountancy exams). You will learn to compile, analyze, interpret and communicate important information about the activities of the company, whether it is a small business, a listed company or a non-governmental organization (NGO). You have the option of completing a four-year degree with an internship at a leading accountancy firm or studying abroad, combining your studies at Maynooth University with an understanding of industry or other cultures. Accounting is the main part of the degree studied in economics and economics.
MA ACCOUNTING
If you are interested in helping an accountant, but your bachelor's degree is not related to accounting, this is the program for you. This 2-year intensive conversion course includes a Professional Diploma in Accounting in Year 1 and a 1-year Master in Accounting in Year 2. First-year students must achieve an average of at least 60% in their first-year modules to continue on the course. One of the main aims of the program is for graduates to be eligible for exemptions from the CAP1 and CAP2 Chartered Accountants Ireland, LW, PM, TX, FR and FM and AA professional qualifications and equivalent exemptions from the professional qualification on successful completion of the program other accounting institutions.

We constantly review and change course content to ensure that the content and focus of all course modules will also help prepare you for the final stages of your professional accountant qualification. In addition to the mentioned examination exceptions, the student is directed to develop the key skills necessary for an accountant in a constantly changing business and ethical environment.
M.ED. IN ADULT AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION

MSc Computer Science - Data Analytics
This is an advanced master's degree program offered full-time for one year, providing graduates in computer science and closely related fields with in-depth knowledge and skills in the emerging growth field of data analytics and data science. The MSc in Data Analytics is delivered by a highly regarded team of researchers based at the University of Galway who are recognized as international experts in their field. Some of the subject areas include big data analysis, advanced data mining and machine learning, deep learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, data visualization, web mining, linked data analysis, simulation and modelling, and digital image processing.

This program is aimed at graduates with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. This is not a conversion course and it is assumed that students are  already at a very high technical level in terms of the technical elements of their computer background. 
PDip Data Analytics and Visualisation
This course is designed to train and equip graduates to prepare them for the growing opportunities to work as data analysts in demand across a wide range of industries including finance, management, manufacturing, food, healthcare and media. The course emphasizes the development of a strong theoretical and applied foundation and builds on our existing data science and analytical strengths in the School of Information Technology and the Insight Institute, as well as our experience of completing successful Masters's in Data Analytics.

Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible for the highly successful MSc Data Analytics or MSc Artificial Intelligence, offering more in-depth and specialized training in advanced data science or artificial intelligence topics such as machine learning. Transfer to these programs requires funds and at least a high 2:1 standing in undergraduate studies at the discretion of the program director. 
MSc Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence
