If you are interested in helping an accountant, but your bachelor's degree is not related to accounting, this is the program for you. This 2-year intensive conversion course includes a Professional Diploma in Accounting in Year 1 and a 1-year Master in Accounting in Year 2. First-year students must achieve an average of at least 60% in their first-year modules to continue on the course. One of the main aims of the program is for graduates to be eligible for exemptions from the CAP1 and CAP2 Chartered Accountants Ireland, LW, PM, TX, FR and FM and AA professional qualifications and equivalent exemptions from the professional qualification on successful completion of the program other accounting institutions.
We constantly review and change course content to ensure that the content and focus of all course modules will also help prepare you for the final stages of your professional accountant qualification. Course Details
To become a professional accountant, you must successfully complete three professional qualifications and an internship. Once you have successfully completed the BA degree in Accounting and Finance, you will be exempt from Level 1 of these professional exams (CAP1 exams run by Chartered Accountants Ireland and the equivalent ACCA, CIMA and CPA professional accountancy exams). You will learn to compile, analyze, interpret and communicate important information about the activities of the company, whether it is a small business, a listed company or a non-governmental organization (NGO). You have the option of completing a four-year degree with an internship at a leading accountancy firm or studying abroad, combining your studies at Maynooth University with an understanding of industry or other cultures. Accounting is the main part of the degree studied in economics and economics.

The College of Mathematics offers a one-year (full-time) M.Sc. in high-performance computing. The degree provides hands-on training in the emerging field of high-performance computing. The course aims to train students in the practical applications of effective technical calculation in industry, finance and science. The course includes computer architecture, software optimization, parallel programming, classical simulation and stochastic modelling.
Students have unlimited access to their teaching computing lab and Trinity College's High-Performance Computing Center facilities, which include massively parallel computers. Career opportunities include mathematical modelling, simulation and forecasting, database mining and resource management. The techniques covered during the year enable students to work with advanced software, including concurrent and concurrent software. The Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science offers possible exemptions from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) Technical Core Subjects 1-8 (CT1-8) examinations. If you have previous actuarial exemptions, you can choose to study all or part of the curriculum to study the Core Applications 1 (CA1) program at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK).
