Under the guidance of inspiring professors, you will develop your leadership character, team-building skills, facilitation and systemic change skills through a range of dynamic courses including Women and Leadership, Managing Organizational Change and Ethical Leadership in Dark Times.
Leadership Studies in Brescia is built on three intersecting perspectives: knowledge (knowledge) about leadership studies and theory; developing leadership skills (doing) and applying both knowledge and skills in the community (being). Knowing, doing and being a leader in the Brescia Leadership Studies program will take you beyond the classroom. You will participate in integrated experiential learning opportunities throughout the program. In the final year, you will actively work with the leaders of the local organization so that you can confidently participate in management training. Selected students are offered paid Francolin management experience to work on a project of strategic importance to the organization.

Understand what, when, where and why consumers buy, and how to design and market products and services that meet their needs, or apply management theories and leadership skills to decision-making in a non-profit context - in the Brescia MOS program, you decide!
Under the guidance of your business-savvy professors, you'll gain problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills through a variety of dynamic courses, including Business Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication, and Field Project - Small Business Consulting. Are you ready to use your MOS experience at Brescia outside the classroom? You may have the opportunity to participate in Francolin's Leadership Experience or Industrial Internship program, where you can apply your skills in real organizations. If you choose to study health sciences at Brescia, your experience will help you understand emerging health issues in the world and inspire you to think globally and strategically. As a Brescia student, you'll take health science courses at Western, one of the province's most renowned health science programs. Explore health across the lifespan, learn about the ageing population or explore the ethics of health promotion - in Brescia's Health Sciences program, you have great flexibility to combine interesting topics to study a speciality in a liberal arts field.
Under the guidance of both Brescia and Western professors, you will improve your leadership, communication and leadership skills through a variety of dynamic courses including Health Sciences Measurement and Analysis, Child and Adolescent Health Issues and Health Policy. With a degree in health sciences at Brescia, you have the opportunity to study in several different fields, such as health promotion, and health information management, or study food and nutrition at the same time.
